Bio: 

Dr. Kerin Groves is a professional career coach, management consultant, and social science researcher in the DFW area. An expert in human development and motivation, she helps people age 18 to 100+ to find meaning and purpose in work and life.  With an M.S. degree from the University of North Texas and a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University in Commerce, Dr. Groves is not your typical therapist, she helps individuals put all the pieces together in a meaningful way to move toward work that aligns with their financial needs, life season, career goals, and personal values.
