You'll learn the do's and dont's that agents look for when they receive your manuscript. Whether you are writing fiction or a memoir, there is something here for you to discover. We'll have exercises to help you delve into your first pages as well as time to reflect on how you can make your first pages shine. Bring two printed copies of your first chapter, a pen or pencil and a willingness to wade through your pages with an agent's mindset.
