DESCRIPTION:

“I don’t know what I did! It hurts to sit at my computer and type all day.”

Most of us want to get the job (or story) done. We plan the structure of the story, what the characters are going to do or say, and ultimately how to type The End. What we don’t think about is what our body needs in order to be safe and healthy while we are toiling away on our book babies.

So, what can we do to keep from getting headaches, backaches, or shoulder/elbow/wrist/hand pain? How do we arrange our work area to support our body? Are there any tricks or tools that will help?

Let’s talk.
