DESCRIPTION:
Characterization improves dialogue, and dialogue improves characterization. Understanding how these concepts work together can help you engage your reader more, motivate your plot, and enhance your themes. Join WGT and Brooke Fossey in analyzing excerpts from some of the greats. Learn how to add depth to your characters and subtext in dialogue. If you are working on a dialogue-heavy page from your manuscript, have it on hand just in case there is time to put your newfound knowledge to work.
